Join Wakefield Civic Society as they reveal the top 50 things people like about our city

Wakefield is a great place to live, to work, or to visit but Wakefield Civic Society wanted to know what you like best about our city. Help them celebrate the very best of Wakefield by joining them as they announce the top 50 things that people like about our city.

Back in June, Wakefield Civic Society invited the public to tell them their favourite things about the city of Wakefield (and surrounds) – and they were not disappointed! From Art to Architecture, from People to Places and from History to Heritage, in all, they received around 600 nomination.

After sorting and sifting through the entries, the Society grouped them together into themes to create a shortlist of 225 items that the public were able to vote on.

Join them at WX Wakefield Exchange for the grand final as they reveal your 50 most favourite things about Wakefield!
