This meditative experience features traditional sound therapy bowls - beautifully crafted metal and crystal instruments known for their rich, resonant tones. As each bowl is gently struck or circled, soothing vibrations ripple through the space, encouraging deep relaxation, easing stress, and clearing mental fog.

Let the cascading harmonics guide you inward, creating a serene atmosphere where awareness expands and mindfulness naturally unfolds. Join us for a tranquil session designed to reconnect you with your inner self and leave you feeling grounded, luminous, and renewed.

Mats will be available, but please feel free to bring you own, along with a cushion.
