Unit 5

Unit 5 is currently available on the upstairs mezzanine level at Wakefield Exchange.

The mezzanine is fully accessible by both stairs and lift and benefits from strong visibility within the venue and access to our diverse visitor audience.

  • Unit 5 size: 18m²
  • The unit comes as a blank canvas and will require fit out.
  • One storage cage provided in the storeroom measuring 1m x 1m.
  • Freedom to set trading hours to suit your business model, provided core opening hours are maintained.
  • Central management of security, cleaning and maintenance for shared and public areas.

We particularly welcome applications from independent businesses, local operators, emerging food concepts, and businesses that bring something new and exciting to Wakefield's food scene.
